Davido paid me $100k to perform at bridal shower. That’s even above what I charge per show – Iyanya

Iyanya, Nigerian popular singer has revealed how much David Adeleke, music star paid him for the bridal shower show that came up on night of 23rd of June, 2024.

The bridal shower of Chioma came up in a romantic way. The duo are set to walk down the aisle on Tuesday, 25th of June, 2024.

Iyanya who performed during the shower expressed his happiness because the pay was actually more than what he charges in shows.

Iyanya said,

“When Davido called me to come perform at the CHIVIDO bridal shower, I just accepted without second. I wasn’t expecting any pay because when I look at the things Davido has done for me, an all night performance isn’t enough to show my gratitude. When I got there, Davido asked me how much he was gonna pay me and I told him I didn’t need a pay. But he insisted and just as I was trying to dęny the pay, he made me call with his manager and i received a credit alert of $100k at the spot. “
