Popular Nigerian skitmaker and singer Carter Efe has sparked controversy with explosive remarks about church and spirituality during his appearance on The Honest Bunch podcast.
In a now-viral clip, Carter Efe explained why he no longer attends church, alleging that a statement from his colleague Sydney Talker caused him to lose interest.
“I used to go to church very well before, but I stopped because people who go to church are witches. Sydney, who goes to church all the time, told me to calm down and stop streaming. He also told me to give Kolu ₦1 million and let him leave my side permanently so that Portable wouldn’t attack me spiritually. I saw him as a witch immediately,” he stated.
He also noted that he felt Sydney Talker shouldn’t be afraid of any spiritual attack as a churchgoer. He expressed that the statement made him very angry and irritated.
