The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced a fresh extension in the commencement date of its revised service fees, moving the implementation to October 1, 2025.
This marks the second time the Commission has shifted the timeline in order to stabilise operations on its new Company Registration Portal.
In a notice released on its official X handle on Saturday night, the CAC explained that the extension was necessary to ensure the portal’s full stabilisation before mid-September.
It added that the decision reflects its commitment to delivering seamless and customer-friendly services to stakeholders across the country.
The Commission assured Nigerians that the transition into the revised fee regime would be smooth, efficient and beneficial to businesses.
It also expressed appreciation to customers and stakeholders for their patience and cooperation during what it described as a critical transformation phase.
