Former Ghanaian superstar, Shatta Wale fvmes at Ghanaian artiste for taking $5k to $7k for shows abroad while Nigerians are collecting millions of dollars.

He said,

“Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido are already bigger than Ghana. Even if Ghanaian artiste feature the angels in heaven, we’ll never match up to the Big-3.”

“There’s no artiste in Ghana right now that can measure up to Burna Boy, Davido, Wizkid, and even Rema. “

“Nigerian artiste are going abroad and doing shows for over $1 million, while our own Ghanaian artiste are traveling to America to do shows for $5k just to impress Ghanaians that they’ve gone international. “

“I am not doing shows abroad because I’m not stvpid. I can never hold the mic for$5k. Instead of traveling out just to do shows for chicken change , let’s better stay here in Ghana, take lessons from Nigerians, and when we’re done with the assignments Nigerians will give us, then we can try again. “
