The Former President of the Senate, Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has mourned the demise of late lawmaker, Ifeanyi Uba.
Saraki described late Uba as a friend, businessman, philanthropist, and public servant who dedicated himself to the service of the people of his state and constituency.
This was made known in a terse statement the former senate leader shared via his Facebook page.
He wrote:
“My dear friend, Senator Ifeanyi Uba, was a tenacious businessman, philanthropist, and public servant. Throughout his life, he dedicated himself to the service of the people of his state and constituency.”
“This evening, as we joined his family, friends, and well-wishers from across the nation for the Night of Tributes held in his honour, it was remarkable to hear about the countless lives he touched and the enduring legacy he leaves behind.”
