Nigeria Former President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with the Government and residents of Kaduna State following the death of the 40 members of the Tijjaniyya Movement in Nigeria who were involved in an auto crash on Sunday.
Buhari’s condolence was contained in a statement by his spokesperson, Garba Shehu on Tuesday, 17th of September, 2024.
The statement reads:
“Former President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed sadness following the death of 40 members of the Tijjaniyya Movement in Nigeria in a road accident on Sunday.
“In a message to the government and people of Kaduna State, the former president said, ‘I’m pained by the loss of many lives due to the road accident involving participants in the Maulud celebrations in Kaduna.
