The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Kaduna has sacked Governor Uba Sani of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The petition was filed by the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate, Isah Mohammed Ashiru.
The tribunal, on Thursday, 28th of September, 2023 declared the 2023 governorship election in the state inconclusive.
