The EFCC Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, on Thursday 17th of March 2022 arrested former Anambra State Governor who just handed over office to the newly elected Governor Soludo today.
The former Governor of Anambra State, Obiano was arrested at the Murtala Muhammad International Airport Lagos few hours after he handed over to the new Governor.
The ex governor who has been on the the EFCC’s watch list, was arrested at about 8.30pm today at the airport.
According to report He was arrested on his way out to flee the country to Houston, Texas in the United States of America.
