Over 5 African countries that have been affēcted by Bõkó Hãrãm are currently in shock as US Congressman, Scott Perry reveals that under the reign of Bārãck Obãmã and Joe Bîden, they were using the USAID to fund Bõkó Hãrãm and other tērrorîst groups.
According to Scott Perry, Obãma and Bîden spent atleast $647-million annually to fund Bõkó Hãrãm and other tērrorîst in different countries across Africa and other parts of the world inorder to keep these countries beggîng the US for help and buying weap0ns from the US.
