Binance, a major crypto exchange platform has warned against submitting Know Your Customer (KYC) information through any unofficial platform.
This comes after a new mining platform, Tapswap took so many on frenzy by tapping their phone screen to earn coin on telegram platform. The mining platform who introduced a special mission offer where miners can earn more bonus prompted reaction from Binance.
The mining telegram channel via its verified X handle said,
“Exciting news
The moment you’ve been waiting for is here! The special mission has officially started. The clock 🕐 is ticking on this time-limited mission, so jump in now and accomplish it.
Once you register on #Binance and complete the KYC process, you will receive the $600 welcome voucher in your Binance app.

However, the announcement sparked an important warning by Binance Customer support to miners to be ensure privacy and security. The platform states this under the comment section.
The exchange platform further warned against sharing their information to an unofficial channels.
The statement reads,
Hi Keji, Your safety and privacy are our top priority.
For your own privacy and to ensure maximum security, we highly recommend that you should not share your Binance UID or submit your Know Your Customer (KYC) information through unofficial channels.
If you require further assistance or have any queries, please feel free to get in touch with our customer support team directly.
