BREAKING: Appeal Court Strikes Out Case Against Proscribed IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu

The leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has been freed by the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory on Thursday.

The Abuja Appeal court also discharged and acquitted the embattled leader of the IPOB group.

This is coming from Ifeanyi Ejiofor, the leader’s lawyer and human rights activist, on today, Thursday when he broke the news via his Facebook handle.

“Appeal allowed, Oyendu Mazi Nnamdi KANU, discharged and acquitted. We have won!,” the Lawyer said

The IPOB proscribed leader, Kanu had in his appeal dated 29th of April and marked CA/ABJ/CR/625/2022, applied to be discharged and acquitted.

It was recalled that Nnamdi Kanu was first arraigned years now in December 23rd, 2015 and later he was granted bail on April 25, 2017 still under the regime of President Muhammadu Buhari.
