Five time Ballon D’or winner, Cristiano Ronaldo admitted in an open interview that he was confident in his performance.
He said, “I’m not surprised of my level as I know that I still have a lot of possibilities to offer.”
The legendary football player celebrated reaching a personal goal total of 54 goals this season while highlighting his goal-scoring ability and admitting that he could make a big contribution to Al Nassr and the national squad.
“If you go back and see what happened at Manchester United and the national team, people actually considered me lost…,” Ronaldo said, reflecting on his career and allaying doubters. However, the truth is that I scored 54 goals because I was focused and had a fantastic time at Al Nassr, he told Record.
The seasoned player also expressed doubts about the legitimacy of football honors such as The Best and Ballon d’Or.
