Auxiliary nurse is the prime suspect in Mohbad’s d£ath – Lagos police reveals

The Lagos State Police Command has identified Ms Feyisayo Ogedengbe, an auxiliary nurse, as the prime suspect in Mohbad’s d£ath.

The Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, made this known through a press briefing on Friday, 6th of October, 2023. He disclosed that Ogedengbe administered “multiple and highly potent” inj£ctions to the 27-year-old singer.

Owohunwa revealed that the inj£ctions, consisting of Tetanus Toxoid, paracetamol, and Cetrazone — an antibiotic — were administered at Mobad’s residence on 12th of September, 2023.

The medications were said to have trigg£red an immediate reaction, including vomiting, goosebumps and convulsion.

According to him, Ogedengbe was unqualified to perform the role of a home nurse and did so in a non-clinical environment and professionally negligent manner

The CP also named Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Primeboy, and one other as suspects in the case.

He added that so far 26 witnesses have been identified in the ongoing investigation of the singer, whose real name is Ilerioluwa Aloba.

“Five suspects have so far been interrogated in relation to the ongoing investigation,” he said.

He said Mohbad’s childhood friend, Ibrahim Oluwatosin Owodunni better known as Primeboy, attended a show with Mohbad on 10th of September, 2023, which culminated in a physical fi¥ht between the two that led to the late singer’s inj¥ry.
