The Nigerian President and All Progressive Congress, APC presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has asked the US Chicago District Court not to release his university credentials citing the fear of bloggers tarnishing his image as his reason.
According to Tinubu, previous records the school released in 2022 to Nigerian lawyer, Mike Enahoro-Ebah have been turned into weapons by bloggers to attack his character.
“If the purpose of the application is to uncover ‘opposition research’ or provide fodder fornews bloggers, then it is not proper,”
Tinubub asserted this through his legal team led by Oluwole Afolabi and Chicago-based Charles Carmichael on 23rd August 2023 in response to the application filed by Atiku Abubakar, the PDP presidential candidate. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>
