The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the postponement of its National Caucus and National Executive Committee (NEC) meetings, originally scheduled for Monday and Tuesday.
The decision was conveyed in a statement released by the APC National Secretary, Iyiola Omisore, on Sunday night.
As per the statement, the National Caucus gathering has been rescheduled to take place on July 18, while the NEC meeting will now be held on July 19.
The party cited the regional and sub-regional commitments of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who assumed the role of Chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), as the reason for the postponement. The APC expressed regret for any inconveniences caused by the change of dates.
