Men of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday, 31st of May, 2024 nabbed 40 suspected internet fraudsters at different axes of Abuja.
While 18 of them were nabbed at Dawaki axis, the remaining 12 were arrested at other locations of Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
This was conveyed in a statement issued out by the anti-graft commission on Friday.
Their arrest followed credible intelligence about their suspected involvement in internet activities.
Items seized from the suspects include 23 phones, 4 laptops and 4 vehicles.
