Protesters have gathered at the Lagos State Assembly complex holding placards with different inscriptions.
The protesters had stormed various venues across the country to show their demonstration.
Operatives of the Nigeria police force have also beefed up security at the Lagos assembly complex to prevent protesters from accessing the complex.
