An identified 17- year-old boy known as Chikamnanyo Olisaemeka, has been rescued today from his abusive guardians in Anambra, by the State government.
The teen video of being abused by his guardians had trended on the internet and the intervention of the Women and Social Welfare commissioner, Mrs Ify Obinabo has helped in rescuing the teenager.
Olisaemeka who is the guardian narrated that his mother handed him over to his uncle in February this year, and ever since then his life hasn’t remain the same.
The teen’s guardians have been identified by the SoCal welfare commissioners as Mr. Oluchukwu Olisaemeka and his wife, Ebere Olisaemeka in Anambra state.
