Age May Be Clouding Your Memory” – Tinubu’s Aide Criticizes Atiku for “Inaccurate Statements”

Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate for the 2023 election, faced criticism from Temitope Ajayi, a presidential aide, for what Ajayi asserts were two inaccurate statements made during Atiku’s press conference.

Freshreporters News gathered from the conference which held to address President Bola Tinubu’s certificate controversy, saw Atiku condemning the concept of a Muslim-Muslim presidential ticket and claiming that Tinubu had betrayed him by their parting of ways in 2007.

However, Atiku lost out to Ambassador Baba Gana Kingibe in this bid.

Furthermore, Ajayi highlighted Atiku’s political journey in 2014 when, after becoming politically isolated in the PDP, he sought refuge in the newly formed All Progressives Congress (APC), which was steered by President Tinubu and other opposition leaders.

During this period, Atiku was in the same political camp as President Tinubu from 2014 to 2017 and actively sought Tinubu’s support in his bid to become President of Nigeria in 2015…[COONTINUE READING HERE]>>
