The National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA has stated that the building collapse in Busa Buji in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State where a two-storey building housing a school, Saint Academy, killed several students.
According to NEMA, search and rescue operations are currently ongoing.
This was disclosed in a post on its X handle on Friday, 12th of July, 2024.
Sharing photos, the agency wrote:
“A 2 Storey building housing Saint Academy(School) in Busa Buji in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State collapsed this morning killing several students.
