“Someone i know not based in Nigeria was building a 14 flat apartment for rent and a 6bed duplex in front for himself..
He handed over the purchase of the land, procurement of materials, payment of workers to His churches Men president who works in a school as a security,
He provided him a Hilux Van for movement of materials and other items…
Whatever this man tells the Lord-lord,
He’ll send money immediately..
Before the completion of the 14flats,The site manager bought a plot of land, started and finished a 4flat apartment.
How did we know..??
An unknown person called the landlord and told Him his site manager is using his workers to work in another site and most of the materials they send receipts to him are being delivered elsewhere..
When the guy visited the place, everything in the house, Roof, tiles, Windows, Doors were same with the one in His House.
He collected Back His car key from the man and left..
It took Him over 5years before completing the project.
