Explosion has killed 9 Joint Border Patrol following invasion of the oil drilling site at the maritime border of Bakassi Peninsula by Dragon Fighter Marine, DFM), a Biafra loyalist group.
Freshreporters media had gathered that armed group stormed the area at about 11am on Thursday, 1st of February, 2024 with explosive device targeting gunboats of Joint Border Patrol of Nigeria and Cameroon protecting workers at the maritime border.
Responding to the attack, Cameroonian Forces pursued the group fleeing to the Nigerian side and shot severally , no casualty was recorded on the side of the DFM, but joint border patrol lost 9 members. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>>
