Omoyele Sowore, the 2023 presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, has stated the police arrested popular Isese activist, Adegbola Abdulazeez, popularly known as Talį»lį»run, with a fake warrant.
Sowore made this known in a post shared on his Facebook handle, Sunday saying.
“#FreeTaniOlorun: The charade by special interests in Ilorin to secretly jail Tani Olohun exposed, first they got a fake arrest warrant from Area Court to get him arrested, now asking state govt to let them prosecute him without involving the DPPās office,” his post read.
Freshreporters media had earlier stated that Talolorun was arrested and remanded in a correctional centre until October 5, for insulting the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, some Islamic clerics in the state, among other offense. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>
