Zambia Citizens Shouldn’t Thank Me For Doing My Job – President Says

Hakainde Hichilema, the President of Zambia has disclosed that the citizens of his country (Zambia) do not need to appreciate him for the job well-done, because they voted for him.

Hichilema disclosing this via Twitter handle today (Friday) said that the citizens shouldn’t agree to his terms of borrowing excessively for the country.

“Zambians don’t have to thank me for the job I’m doing. It’s what they voted for me to do” he stated

He added that “They must not agree when I do wrong things like acquiring excessive debt. #ChangeIsHere.”
