Men of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC), in a joint operation with the Nigerian Police Force and the Nigerian Army have arrested 68 miscreants during a surveillance operation of the coastal road, Ikoyi, Oniru Beach, and other parts of the Lagos Island.
This was disclosed in a post by Commissioner of the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, on Friday, 16th of August, 2024.
He wrote:
“During a joint operation between the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC), the Nigerian Police Force, and the Nigerian Army, 68 miscreants were arrested while conducting surveillance operation of the coastal road, Ikoyi, Oniru Beach, and other parts of the Lagos Island.
“The arrested individuals will be charged to court in accordance with the Lagos State Environmental Management and Protection Law.” [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
