6-Month-Old Baby Stolen From Mother’s Salon Shop In Minna, Niger State

In a heart-wrenching incident, a 6-month-old baby named Chinedu Chukwueke has been reported kidnapped from his mother’s salon shop at Kure Ultra Modern Market in Minna, Niger State capital. The devastating news was shared by the baby’s father, Chikezie Stanley Chuks, on his Facebook and Twitter accounts.

The incident occurred on Sunday, 23rd July 2023, when an unidentified woman entered the salon pretending to be interested in learning the trade. Taking advantage of the situation, she managed to abduct the innocent baby before making her escape.

Desperate to find his son, Chikezie made an emotional plea to the public, urging anyone with helpful information to report it to the nearest police station or contact him directly.

The suspect has been described by the baby’s father as a woman of average height, light complexion, with 11 facial marks. She was reportedly wearing a red dress along with a matching hijab at the time of the abduction.

It is believed that she might speak Igala and has been identified as “Rabi.” The father also shared the suspect’s phone number in his Twitter post, hoping that the public could assist in tracking her down.

As this distressing news spreads, authorities and concerned citizens are joining hands to locate the missing baby and bring the perpetrator to justice. The community is urged to remain vigilant and cooperate fully with law enforcement to ensure a swift and safe return of little Chinedu Chukwueke to his distraught family.
