Ogun state Police Command has arrested Oluranti Badejo, a 51-year-old man, for allegedly beating his wife, Folasade, 40 years to death in the Mowe area of the state.
This was shared by the ogun state police command via its twitter page today, Thursday.
It was gathered that accused man strangled his wife to death during an heated argument and then he used a hot iron to burn parts of the deceased’s body to make it appear as if she had been electrocuted.
However, their daughter who is eight-year-old testified that Badejo, her dada strangled her mother to death.
Badejo has been apprehended by the police.
