Cristiano Ronaldo continues to break records at the age of 39. On Monday evening he broke the record in the Saudi Pro League for most goals in one season.
The Portuguese scored twice in the last match of the season and broke a record with that.
He scored the most goals ever in one season in the Saudi Pro League, breaking an old record which was held by Abderrazak Hamdallah. He scored 34 times in the 2018/19 season.
For Ronaldo, the counter stands at 35 goals after Monday evening. He also provided 11 assists in the 31 games he played in the competition.
Ronaldo will also continue to work on his records at the upcoming European Championships in Germany. The 39-year-old Portuguese is still in the selection and it will be his sixth time at a European Championship. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
