2023: Igbo Politicians Bash Their Own, Support Other Candidate, Frank Edoho Laments

Frank Edoho, the Popular TV anchor ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’, has laments on how some south-eastern politicians who would rather bash their own kin than support them ahead of the 2023 presidential elections.

The popular TV shared his bafflement via his twitter handle on Tuesday.

Frank Edoho disclosed that that Igbo politicians seek ways to undermine their own candidate amid the rare opportunity for an Igbo presidency in the country, rather than showing support for their own candidate, like Yoruba and Hausa do when it time to take the nation’s mantle.

He said, “Igbo politicians will never stop baffling me. You have the rare opportunity of one of your kin being President but instead of supporting and clamoring for him like Yoruba and Hausa people do with their candidates, you look for ways to disrupt and thwart him! Tufia Kwa!”
