The Katsina State Police Command and the Katsina State Government has placed a huge amount of money on the arrest on two notorious Kidnappers.
In a statement released on Saturday, 50 million naira reward has been announced for information that may result in the capture of suspected kidnappers.
The police command identified the two suspected Kidnappers as Modi Modi and Jan Kare.
