Abba Kyari, suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, has received a warm welcome from family and friends after his release on Friday from the Kuje Custodial Centre, where he has spent 27 months in detention, Freshreporters Media reports.
In a video and pictures circulating on social media on Saturday, 1st of June, 2024, the suspended commissioner of police was seen in the company of his family members.
There were also balloon decorations in a house with a design that read, “Welcome Back.”
Recall that Kyari was detained following his arrest on 14th of February, 2022, by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA for alleged involvement with an international drug cartel. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
