General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has thrown his weight behind the incumbent governor, Godwin Obaseki of Edo state in the forth coming governorship election in the state.

The clergy man on Sunday disclosed that Governor Obaseki present administration in Edo State deserves to govern the State for another four years.

He stated this after meeting with the Governor, who visited his church ahead of the Edo Gubernatorial Election scheduled for Sept. 19.

Apostle Suleman assured Obaseki, who is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), that the ministry would continue to support the administration to ensure it succeeded in governance of the State.

Obaseki and his running mate, Mr Philip Shaibu, met Apostle Suleman at the Church’s International Headquarters at Auchi, Etsako West Local Government Area of the State.

He said:

Though the altar is not for politics the church will not stop to pray for those in authority.

I am a close friend of the running mate to the governor, and I believe the present administration deserves to steer the ship of the state for another four years.
