Watford Sack Coach, Nigel Pearson

English professional football club, Watford have sacked manager, Nigel Pearson.

He was sacked just two games to the end of the season with the club battling to avoid the drop.

He took over from Quique Sanchez Flores, with Watford nine points adrift at the bottom of the Premier League.

Pearson’s assistant Craig Shakespeare has also been dismissed.

The club’s U23s coach Haydn Mullins and goalkeeper coach Graham Stack are placed in temporary charge of Watford.
