Police Officer Shot Man For Denying Him Access To His Phone

A Nigeria police officer has shot a man on his leg and broke his leg after he refused to grant them access to his phone.

A video circulating online reveal a scene playing out where a young man moans in pain from a gunshot wound to the feet.

A wound that was apparently afflicted because he refused to allow the unidentified policeman access to his mobile phone.
