A Bricklayer identified as Uruese Iron monkey was attacked and killed by unknown gunmen at his home in Delta state.
The deceased was shot dead at his home located at a street opposite LGA Council secretariat in Orerokpe, of Delta state.
According to reports, the young man was attacked and killed by members of cult, believed to be from a rival cult group.

A resident of the area who wouldn’t want his name to be mentioned said the gunmen did not break into the house but tore the window of the deceased’s bedroom to kill him.
He said after they made a hole in the window, they put a gun through it and shot the deceased.
It was learnt that Monkey was sleeping with his wife on the same bed but the murderers only shot him.
Another resident of the area who know the bricklayer said in confidence that the deceased is a notorious cult member.
He said it is believed that he was shot to death by rival cult members.
