Truck Crush 6 People To Death Due To Brake Failure
Six people were crushed to death after truck Blake fail in Ikare-Akoko, headquarters of Akoko North East Local Government area of Ondo State, on Saturday.
The tragic event took place after two trucks simultaneously suffered brake failure while decending a slope.
The two trucks rammed into shops situated by the road sides, killing six persons on the spot.
With many casuaties who suffrered varying degree of injuries taken to the hospital, the incident according to eyewitnesses happened on Saturday evening.
The two trucks were on transit through the hilly town from Ekiti State while heading to Akure, Ondo State capital.
