Three students of Community Day Secondary School, abducted by unknown gunmen have regained freedom.

The students who were Kidnapped from Gobirawa village of Safana Local Government Area of Katsina State on Tuesday, March 2.

They were received by the Secretary to the Government of the State, Alhaji Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa at his office on Thursday.

It was gathered that the released students were accompanied by the member representing Safana constituency at the Katsina State House of Assembly, Hon Abduljalal Haruna Runka and their parents.

Reacting to the incident, Alhaji Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa also reiterated the Katsina State government commitment towards ending the menace of banditry and kidnapping in the state.
