Grief has ripened in Tanzania as multitudes turn up to pay last respects to their beloved, John Pombe Magufuli.
The former Tanzanian President who died on Wednesday, March 17 after suffering a heart condition was laid to rest today, March 20.
Magufuli was elected in 2015 on promises to tackle corruption and boost infrastructure development. He won a second term in a disputed poll last year.

However, Samia Suluhu Hassan become the first female President of the country after she was sworn in on Friday, March 19 following the death of the former president.
