Pep Guardiola, manager of Manchester City, has stated that he is pleased with Gabriel Jesus’ form ahead of his team’s Champions League semi-final second leg against Real Madrid on Wednesday.
Guardiola stated this at his pre-match news conference on Tuesday, ahead of Manchester City’s Champions League semi-final second-leg showdown against Real Madrid on Wednesday night in Spain.
Guardiola’s team defeated Real Madrid 4-3 in the first leg at the Etihad Stadium last week.

Guardiola told reporters about Jesus, “Are you telling me he’s a striker?” He scored five goals, which I am quite pleased about.
“He’s ready like everyone is ready.”
Meanwhile, Jesus has been in impressive form for Man City in recent weeks.
The Brazilian scored six goals in Man City’s last three matches against Watford, Real Madrid and Leeds United.
