A father a Lagos state has been arrested by the police for conniving with a doctor and nurse to sell his baby for the sum of N400,000.
According to Benjamin Hundeyin, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, revealed that the baby has been recovered safe and sound.
Hundeyin disclosed this via his twitter handle, sharing the images of the suspects involved in the matter and captioned, “A father connived with his doctor & a nurse & sold his three-month-old baby to a woman for N400k without the knowledge of the mother.
“After days of searching, the Police was informed. All suspects arrested. Baby is safe. SCID to prosecute the suspects.” He said
