Special Anti Robbery Squad, SARS, in Anambra state have arrested Onyebuchi Osadebe, 28, Chibuike Ebere, 23, and Umoke Kelechi, 22.
The suspects were arrested for allegedly robbing at gunpoint one Emmanuel Obi of his N700,000.00 Naira, 8,000 Euro, $3,000 dollars and some assorted phones.
Other items recovered from the suspects includes one pump action gun, one fabricated gun, four live catridges, N610, 000.00 Naira cash.
4,600 Euro cash, $600 dollars, one shuttle bus newly purchased with the victim’s money, two new tricycles and three assorted phones robbed from the victim were also recovered.
The suspects confessed to the crime voluntarily and investigation is ongoing after which they would be brought to book.
