Anambra state gubernatorial aspirant under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, is asking his party to refund his money.
The aspirate, Chief Maduafokwa Olisakwe who is also not satisfied with the entire PDP primaries process requested that PDP should refund his 26 million naira and all the monies he expended in the course of the campaign.
A banker, Valentine Ozigbo, emerged as the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Anambra State.
The 50-year-old Mr Ozigbo polled 62 out of 218 votes to beat 13 other aspirants who were on the ballot.
Some aspirants had withdrawn from the primary out of protest because of the new list of delegates that was released by the National Working Committee of the party.
