It’s just few days to the Osun state governorship election, the Independent National Electoral Commission was sent a notification which simply narrate that removal of a candidate’s name from the approved list of those who will be involved in the election exercise.
In the light of this, the part(NRM) has given INEC a day period to resolve the issue or face the court of law.
According to the letter written by the NRM party to the Chairman of INEC in person of Prof Mahmoud Yakubu, signed by lawyer, Kayode Ajulo, said it that “it is the legal right of every approved candidate to vote and be voted for.
