Neymar, the Paris Saint-Germain striker, has responded to former Liverpool defender Fabio Aurelio’s criticism of the Brazilian star for failing to win the Ballon d’Or during his tenure at the club.
Aurelio had previously stated that Neymar should be disappointed for not having won the Ballon d’Or in his career, pointing out that Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo both played at the highest level for 15 years.
However, on Monday, Neymar sent an X-rated answer to his Instagram account.
“I’m weary of these ex-players who are there and simply open their lips to speak sh*t,” the Brazilian international wrote.
“A five minute interview and all he did was talk about other people’s lives.
“If you want to criticize, criticize. But talking sh*t like that is not possible.”
Neymar also shared a list of his individual awards, as well as the silverware he has won with PSG, Barcelona and Brazil.
He wrote a caption saying: “I’m really disappointed wow. And I haven’t even put it all yet.”
