The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly appointed the former military retired Gen. Mohammed Buba Marwa who was the administrator of Lagos and Borno states in the past but now as Chairman and CEO of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
