The Prosecutor, Insp Courage Ekhueorohan, told the court that the defendant committed the offences on Jan. 21 at Block 85, Flat 4, Iponri Housing Estate, Surulere, Lagos.
“The defendant burgled the apartment of one Omotayo Ogunlade and while he was attempting to steal, he was caught,” Ekhueorohan stated.

He ordered that the surety must be gainfully employed, with evidence of tax payment to Lagos government.
Bello, thereafter, adjourned the case till Feb. 10, for further hearing.
