Legendary Reggae Musician, Bunny Wailers Dies At 73

Legend Reggae musician and co founder of “the wailers” with Bob Marley , Bunny Wailer has passed on.

He died on Tuesday in Kingston, at the age of 73, the Jamaican government said.

The cause of his death is yet to be disclosed, but the minister of culture said wailers real name was Neville O Reilly living stone, had been hospitalized since December, although Jamaican newspaper reported that he had a stroke about a year ago.

Some his best titled songs include, “Rude boy”, “Simmer Down”, “Get up Stand up”, “Stir it up”, “I shoot the sheriff” , and many more. Wailers Zen like approach to music creation, to say nothing of his vocal tone, helped manifest a new language focused on groove and vibe .

After leaving the wailers in 1973, Wailer carried on as a solo artist, releasing more than two dozen studio albums.
