Kano communities report influx of strangers from Zamfara

According to residents, hundreds of foreigners have been spotted in various locations of Kano State.

Individuals are entering villages in the local government areas of Gwarzo, Kabo, and Shanono.

Residents are concerned since the majority of them claim to be Zamfara miners.

Since September 3, the state has been under a significant military operation, with telecommunication services cut off.

Hundreds of robbers on new Boxer motorbikes were observed this week near a primary school in Karaye.

Before security officers arrived, the offenders had made their way out of the area.

They passed through the Gomo community and headed towards the Gomo forest.
