The Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, who attained mandatory 35 years in service on Monday, February 1 will stay in office for some time.
The president, Muhammadu Buhari today, Thursday, February 4 extended Adamu’s tenure by three months.
The president made this known through the Minister of Police Affairs, Muhammad Dingyadi in Abuja.
