The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, has been ordered to unfreeze bank accounts belonging to 20 Endsars protesters.
The order was given by the federal high court in Abuja on Wednesday, February 10, 2021.
The presiding judge, Ahmed Mohammed gave the order after counsel to the CBN and the legal representative of the protesters agreed to end the case.
The accounts belonging to the 20 Endsars protesters were frozen in the heat of the #EndSARS campaign.
However, the court order acquired by the CBN to freeze their accounts elapsed last Tuesday.
